Monacolin K from red rice
Product description
The food supplement fin Artetabs contains monacolin K from fermented red rice, additionally enriched with coenzyme Q10, vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid.
Red rice is obtained by fermenting white rice. Next the grains are dried and ground. Monacolin K from fermented red rice helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid help maintain proper homocysteine metabolism and contribute to the proper production of red blood cells.
Coenzyme Q10 is found in every cell of our body. It participates in the processes during which energy is produced in the body. Its production in the body decreases due to ageing, the occurrence of certain diseases and the use of certain medications.

| Recommended dosage: | 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening, with meal, rinse down. Not to be used with grapefruit or alcohol. |
| Instructions for use: | Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolin-K from fermented red rice. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under the age of 18 years and adults over the age of 70 years, persons with liver disease or organ transplants. This product should not be used if you are taking a cholesterol lowering medicine or if you are already using other products that contain red yeast rice. Consult your physician if you have any health problems and make sure that the red rice product is compatible with the prescription medicines you are taking. |
